Carmen Luz Carrasco was a one day visitor she is from Mexico.

We all had a great and productive time while they were here. The visit was too short.
Gordon Potter is from Australia. He also was a one day visitor. He and Carmen are trauma therapists and part A. P. F.T. Foundation working in Rwanda. We were delighted to have them visit Urukundo Village and meet the kids.

    I was so much impressed by the work of Arlene.What impressed me much more is how she sterted workig in a very small house. I also think she did not start with a big deal of money. Yet, I still have one question for her. How did she manage to go on despite the challenges? And what does it require such a foundation?

    Dear Chris
    Good to hear from you. Being new to this media my response to you has been slow.
    You are right I did start very small with one house one small girl and little money.
    There were and still are many challenges and I could not have met them without a strong faith in God and in people that God has placed in my life.
    Such a foundation requires a need to serve others, patience, and trust. Keeping focused on your goals is very important. It is necessary to know the rules and abide by them.
    I hope you are well and will return one day to visit Urukundo Village and witness what God has done here since your visit.
